Trust Your Gut
11:00 to 1:00
In-Person
Facilitator: Barka Syed
Children step into complex social spaces every day, yet many lack the vocabulary, confidence, and understanding needed to recognize and express when something feels wrong. For many parents, starting these conversations can feel daunting or uncomfortable.
This workshop acts as a gentle icebreaker for families, helping bridge that gap by teaching children about personal safety, boundaries, and body ownership in a playful way. By learning to trust their natural instincts and listen to their body's warning signs through interactive methods, children gain the awareness and confidence they need to protect themselves.
