Join us for an arts and somatic based peer support and psychoeducation group for dealing with trauma. The trauma support camp, led by Dr. Maria Iqbal, is for women who want to build a self-compassionate relationship with their bodies, and feel a sense of safety and nurture within our lived experiences.

Please note: This is a peer support group and not therapy, or a substitute for therapy. It is meant to be used as an add on tool for individuals already doing trauma work with their therapists. While we will have depth of exploration through art and movement and collective meaning making, therapy is better suited for in depth exploration of one's own trauma. Participants are encouraged to have an existing therapy or other coping practice while participating in this course.
