Anxiety can be difficult to put into words, but what if we could give it a shape?
Join Fakeha Khatri for a hands-on clay workshop where we'll give our anxieties a form and bring them to life. Sometimes, putting our feelings into something we can see and touch makes them a little easier to understand. Through moulding, squishing, shaping and reshaping clay, we'll have a chance to express what might be difficult to put into words, let off some steam, and perhaps even find a little humour in our monsters.
No sculpting experience needed. Just come ready to get your hands dirty.
