Pema is a unique 8-week initiative for adults of the age 40 and above who are ready to take a gentle and creatively impactful step towards their wellbeing and self-care journeys.

If you'd like to experience Pema for yourself, we also invite you to our open house featuring wellbeing activities, a facilitated session with Abeer Ahmed, and discussions with Pema graduates.
