Pema is an 8-week well-being initiative for adults over the age of 40. This is a gentle and creative step towards understanding oneself through emotional reflection and artistic expression. No prior experience in art or well-being is required.

CFAW invites you to our Pema Open House for our last batch of 2025. Join us to meet the facilitators of Pema and our previous batch graduates to gain more insight into the course and the experience. We will be having some well-being art activities, an exhibition of Pema participants' artwork and some refreshments.
