Join us for Movement as Metaphor, Ritual and Container with Maria Iqbal, a session to explore the subconscious through somatic practices. We’ll dive into how mindful movement and dance can function as a beautiful metaphor for our inner landscapes, helping us ground ourselves and build a deeper, moment-to-moment awareness of our emotional states. 🕊️
After reviewing some theory, we will ground our insights into tangible reality through intuitive collage making and a short, gentle movement meditation practice. A safe container to feel, express, and release. 🌀
