CFAW believes in the wellbeing of everyone.

Early-career professionals are still finding their footing, navigating responsibilities, and adjusting to the workplace environment. Middle managers, on the other hand, act as a bridge between top leadership and junior staff, often caught in ambiguity and misalignment.

The facilitator of this workshop, Sikander Burney, holds a senior supply chain position at a leading FMCG company in Pakistan, with over 20 years of experience across blue-chip organizations in both the GCC and Pakistan.

He is also a Certified Pranic Healer, Humanistic Counsellor (CPCAB UK), and facilitator of workplace wellbeing sessions. His study of Psychodynamics and personal growth through Carl Jung's teachings have shaped a unique facilitation approach using shadow work and archetypes to help others explore and integrate their inner worlds.
