Calling all creatives, seekers, and storytellers, regardless of prior art experience, to our filmy & unique workshop where we're self-reflection through the metaphor of movies! 🎬🎨🧘♀️
There is a strong power to closure, satisfaction, and contentment that shapes each chapter of our lives. Kind of like the sense one gets at the rolling credits at the end of a film where we think about how it made us feel.
We will explore and reflect on our own lives like a movie, working to understand the deeper emotions attached to our own ending credits.
Carefully designed by Rutaba Syed and offered for the first time, this workshop explores reflection through story media, painting, and holistic health vocabulary.
