Do you ever imagine what you would be like if you were a rat, pigeon or any other animal that roams urban environments. Do you think you would see the world differently? What perspectives on life do you think you would have?

This workshop will explore the forgotten creatures and critters in the city, we will draw these wonderful beings and ponder what it would be like to be in their space.

This workshop is free for all. We encourage minimal waste, so please bring your paper, sketchbooks, or other drawing instruments along with your creativity with yourself. We will have A4 sheets, basic pointer pens, pencils, and erasers available from our end if needed.

Nani Ghar Drawing Room is a weekly drawing series where we create and share art together. This series is inclusive for all people wanting to make art in a judgement free zone. No prior skills required, just your imaginations!

The Drawing Room is also a community-led initiative, so feel free to propose what you’d like to do next. This is also an opportunity for anyone who wants to lead a workshop! If you have an idea, and would like to lead a workshop, please reach out, the team will be there to support you in planning and facilitation.
