Inspiration can strike anywhere! It's often the everyday life that gives us the inspiration to create art. A journal can really be anything and can look like anything as well however, a lot of times, the inspiration for journaling comes from our daily lives. So, let's look for absurd within the mundane! We'll be going over how to reframe the odd parts and the mundane of the everyday life into art!

This workshop is free for all. We encourage minimal waste, so please bring your paper, sketchbooks, or other drawing instruments along with your creativity with yourself. We will have A4 sheets, basic pointer pens, pencils, and erasers available from our end if needed.

Nani Ghar Drawing Room is a weekly drawing series where we create and share art together. This series is inclusive for all people wanting to make art in a judgement free zone. No prior skills required, just your imaginations!

The Drawing Room is also a community-led initiative, so feel free to propose what you'd like to do next. This is also an opportunity for anyone who wants to lead a workshop! If you have an idea, and would like to lead a workshop, please reach out, the team will be there to support you in planning and facilitation.
