The workshop will focus on how hope is an active source of resistance and how cultivating a sustained practice of hope can help us navigate a time in which all evidence points to global collapse, and in which we are bombarded daily with images of war and destruction.
We will explore creativity, curiosity, and persistence as key components of hope and hope as the source of collective action and social change. Participants will be led through a layered drawing/painting exercise that allows them to cultivate their own practice of hopeful resistance.
