We will explore the creative and therapeutic process of making a personalized junk journal. Using scrap paper, old magazines, fabric, and other materials that may hold sentimental value or that we often hesitate to throw away, we will transform what might seem like "junk" into a meaningful, unique journal.

Through the guided process, participants will practice mindfulness and patience as they learn the art of junk journaling—focusing on the tactile, creative steps and embracing the meditative aspects of the process. The workshop will also encourage collaboration, with opportunities to share ideas, techniques, and materials, fostering a supportive and interactive group dynamic. The goal is to practice mindfulness, learn bookbinding and making use of scrap paper.
