It's okay to admit that the things around us are difficult, especially in the present time. In fact, if we do not accept and work with the turmoil our surroundings create in us, it impacts us deeply on an emotional level. Join us for this month's Baithak Art Therapy session with Abeer to take time to address the situation in the world around us through discussion and reflective art-making as a community.

In this session, we will be going over the circumstances that are impacting us around the world and taking some time to reflect on how that is impacting us. It is not possible to completely resolve these feelings as feelings come and go, but the aim of this session is to make it easier for us to process it together as a community. The discussion will follow intentional art making of our individual reflections through paints after which we'll come together to share.
