An Arts-based Summer Camp for kids aged 4-10

Pema is a unique wellbeing initiative designed to cater adults aged 40 and above who are ready to take a gentle and creatively impactful step towards their wellbeing and self-care journeys.

This 8-session course uses art-making as a psychological and symbolic journey, inspired by Carl Jung’s idea of opposites and the importance of balancing them in the psyche.
