With the practice of Mindfulness Meditation, we can aim to find a refuge amidst the stress of life. Studies have proven the benefits of Mindfulness in relationships, parenting and as having a direct co-relationship to happiness.
Through this course, we offered participants to explore, develop and apply the beautiful life skill of mindfulness.
