This space aims to create a safe space for healthcare workers in any and every domain, where their unseen journeys are spoken, heard, and honored. Co-facilitated by Buland, Rufayda – Care for Healthcare, this space aims to help the health care workers reconnect with meaning and their emotions, while also inviting the people close to them to join for a safe emotional regulation space. Through storytelling sessions, reflective activites ad gentle interactive moments, the space nurtures empathy, community, and emotional healing for all who enter.
