Open Call for Scripts!

Last Shot Productions and CFAW bring forward a one of a kind theatre festival with a twist on how the art of theatre is celebrated. If you specialize in minimalist theatre, this is for you. OneTwoAct is a platform dedicated to performances featuring just one or two actors. Through this nationwide open call, a jury will select four standout plays to be staged for live audiences in an intimate setting. The best part? The selected plays will be funded to produce and showcase! 🎭

Some things to keep in mind before you apply!

• Original scripts are given preference, however you are free to share adapted versions as well

• The submission has to be done by director or producer.

• We're prioritizing scripts with 2–3 characters.

• Four plays will be selected by jury and staged over a nine-day run in Autumn 2026

• Neither CFAW nor LastShot holds any intellectual rights to your work, feel safe in sending it here.

The 9 day Festival will include 4 performance days and 5 workshops at CFAW.
