From Wounds to Worship is a six-day inner healing experience designed for young hearts who may be carrying silent emotional battles while longing for a deeper, safer connection with God.

From Wounds to Worship is a six-day inner healing experience designed for young hearts who may be carrying silent emotional battles while longing for a deeper, safer connection with God. This journey gently bridges psychology and spirituality, offering a space where your emotions are not judged or suppressed, but understood and transformed.

Throughout the six days, we will explore fear, guilt, shame, anger, grief, suppression, and attachment patterns, and reflect on how these emotional wounds shape the way we see ourselves and how we relate to God. Together, we will begin to recognize emotional triggers, understand recurring patterns, and uncover how early experiences may have influenced our attachment with Him.

Each day combines psychological insight with spiritually grounded practice. You will be guided through reflective exercises and intentional journaling prompts to deepen your self-awareness. Heart-opening duas connected to the daily themes will help you turn vulnerability into supplication, while intentional zikr practices will support nervous system regulation and anchor the heart in remembrance. Through conscious intention-setting (niyyah), you will learn how to align your daily life with a more sincere and mindful relationship with God.

This course is not about becoming more religious out of fear or pressure. It is about healing your heart so that your worship becomes sincere, safe, and intentional. It is an invitation to return, not from shame, but from awareness.

If you are ready to alchemize your wounds into worship, this space is for you.

You are welcome to attend the full experience or specific sessions that speak to you.
