This month at Baithak Art Therapy with Abeer Ahmed, we're creating Summer Vision Boards!
This is a session curated to plan our summer selves through collage, drawing, and writing about what we want to channel in ourselves this summer.
We will be setting intentions for our summer selves and creating a vision board to plan and set intention for ourselves for the things we want to incorporate in our lives.
Feel free to bring in materials that you want to create your moodboards with. We can also have things printed for you in advance, but be mindful that we have a limit and deadline, so upload pictures in your registration form.
