- Collect, organize, and maintain accurate research data and documentation. 
- Contribute to the development of study designs and data collection tools, and actively participate in fieldwork. 
- Perform both qualitative and quantitative research analyses to generate actionable insights. 
- Prepare detailed research reports and deliver engaging data presentations. 
- Assist in project coordination, including participant communication and effective resource management. 
- Conduct comprehensive literature reviews to source relevant data, synthesize existing knowledge, and guide research directions. 
- Uphold research quality and integrity by strictly adhering to established ethical standards and guidelines. 
- Liaison with local, national and international stakeholders in public health.

- A curious mind with strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
- Genuine interest in public health research—not mandatory but preferred 
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (bonus points if you can make complex stuff sound simple) 
- Solid grasp of research methodology and data analysis techniques 
- Ability to work independently, and as part of the team (because public health is nothing without teamwork) 
- Strong organizational and time management skills—knows how to juggle tasks like a circus pro 
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g. STATA (preferred) or SPSS, Dedoose or NVIVO) 
- A curious mind with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
